What information do I need to book an appointment?
To begin booking, enter your national ID number and mobile number. An electronic prescription tracking code can also be entered when available.
How can I access my report and medical images?
Open Results. After verification with a one-time code, your available records appear; finalized reports and images can be viewed for each visit.
Do all examinations require preparation?
No. Preparation depends on the examination. Instructions for examinations that require preparation are sent to the patient after the appointment is registered and confirmed.
What will I see if my images or report are not ready?
If the final report or images are not yet available, the system will show that item as unavailable and will not substitute other information.
Can I book for the first time using a new mobile number?
Yes. Online Booking supports first-time patients and new mobile numbers.
Is an appointment booked through the website immediately confirmed?
The request is initially recorded as provisional and awaiting operator approval. After the center reviews it, the appointment is confirmed and the relevant text message is sent to the patient.
